Materiality reflects a dialogue between tradition and modernity. Locally available brick connects the design to Bangladesh’s architectural heritage, while exposed concrete highlights structural clarity and glass ensures transparency and openness. Together, they create a contemporary yet contextually grounded architectural expression.
